• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
• NFT conversions to lifetime access are permanent and non-refundable

6. Intellectual Property

You retain rights to content you create using Prompt47. However, you grant us a license to:

• Display your content within the platform
• Use anonymized data for service improvement
• Showcase user-generated content in marketing (with permission)

Prompt47's platform, technology, and branding remain our exclusive intellectual property.

8. Platform Availability

AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. Users are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content before use.

11. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL PROMPT47 BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Changes to Terms
